CEO
P. Pansardi earned a bachelor’s degree in energy systems from the engineering school in Fribourg (CH) and an EMBA from SUPSI. He boasts a decade-long expertise in developing control systems for gas turbines at Turbomach SA, a Caterpillar company.
His journey includes pivotal roles such as Production and Substation Manager at Azienda Multiservizi di Bellinzona and Technical Director at Premel SA. In May 2023, Premel SA ventured into sustainable energy solutions, birthing GhenPower, with P. Pansardi at the helm as CEO.
Sales, Chairman of the Board
A key player in our leadership team, C. Tilotta brings a wealth of experience. Trained in power electronics at the Bellinzona technical school, Tilotta spent two decades as a Project Manager for ventilation systems at Premel SA.
Simultaneously, he held roles such as Service and After-Sales Manager before becoming Sales Manager. In May 2023, Tilotta assumed the position of Chairman of the Board as Premel SA transitioned to focus exclusively on sustainable energy.
Engineering
G. Suffi is an electrical and controls engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the field of gas compressor and turbine packages. He has worked for leading companies in Switzerland and Italy, developing software and hardware solutions for various applications and protocols.
He has also been involved in several large-scale projects in Algeria, France, Germany, and other countries, providing commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. He has a diploma in electrotechnics and has completed several courses and certifications in PLC programming, safety systems, 3D modelling, and languages.
